SLEEP!

My lack of sleep lately and strange thoughts lately have me concerned I’m throwing myself into a mixed episode, maybe this is just some weird interlude interepisode thing that’s happening momentarily in response to my stress but either way I’m desperate for sleep.

  1. Sleep problems are my kryptonite to managing bipolar… when there are sleep problems, I need to be careful. Sleep meds don’t work well for me, but I usually resort to music and/or binaural beats with headphones on. When my sleep patterns are off or I’m having mixed symptoms, I find my brain is more receptive to binaural beats. I think I’ll work on a post about them 🙂
