#SliceZine

You know, being Bipolar really blows during those moments that everything irritates the hell out of you, from your mouse not moving where you want it to the new WordPress layout. It’s going to take FOREVER to get used to this. Especially switching between accounts. Before I birthed this blog I ran a pretty ‘successful’ blog called League of Losers leagueoflosers.wordpress.com <–oh oh a link! It was made for League of Legends fans like myself. However I had taken a major blow to the blogging ego a few months ago and stopped playing LoL and in turn stopped keeping up the blog as well. Daily stress of expectations on the internet alone is hard to swallow. I actually may pick that blog back up here and there, but not to the same extent. In fact, I’m happy being able to throw out whatever the hell I want on THIS blog. I’m so moody that if I feel a ‘theme’ for a post it dosen’t need to be connected to the one before and that’s a relaxing idea. The other blog I ran (briefly) was called Slice Zine. If you don’t know what a zine is:

zine (pron.: /ˈziːn/ zeen; an abbreviation of fanzine, or magazine) is most commonly a small circulation self-published work of original and/or appropriated texts and images usually reproduced via photocopier.

I figured that instead of replicating my tiny little zines and photocopying them on color spending oodles on ink and selling them for a dollar or 2 at local comic book shops I’d publish it digitally. I made 2 volumes before I gave that a rest as well. I put a lot of heart into those two volumes though! And since I’ve shut down the blog for Slice, I figured I’d plug in the zines so they still live out here on WordPress!

Just as the motto of Slice was, Anything could be next.

ANYTHING!
